Bug: Foreign language search inconsistencies

1. Clicking on an item in the drop down menu results in duplicated header words
2. Drop down menu is not in alphabetical sequence; I suspect the sort includes diacritical marks which are not showing in the menu but that is simply my guess.
3. Although the all forms flag is checked, I am not getting any additional forms in the Finnish
4. Some valid forms of the search fail to return results
