Bug: Crash when an invalid bookmark/favorite position is encountered

The initial error does not cause a crash
ResourceUtility FormatException for saved position: Article=DIV140|ArticleLength=3263|Context= Jesus%20as%20t|Offset=0|OffsetInContext=0|Resource=LLS:gs_jets_47

It crashes later when trying to open a Panel.

Software version: 4.0a.
