Fixed an issue that would cause reading plan status to be incorrect. This could fix an issue which prevents reading plan cards being available on the homepage.
Improved results of local headword keylinks by returning the position of the first exact match when there are multiple results for a given milestone index key.

Fixed note anchor highlights in cloud resources.
Fixed ability to perform actions on existing highlights.
