A new note’s notebook, indicator and highlight style default to that of the last created note.
The default notebook for new highlights can be selected in settings. Options include no notebook, the notebook of the last created highlight, or a specific notebook.
Text Comparison now uses the user specified resource font and size.

Fixed a workspace editor (middle button on the main tab bar) issue on tablets when running in split view mode on iOS 13. Previously the view would take the entire physical screen rather than just the screen allocated to the split view.
