Downloading Stuck at Zero Percent
Here are some things to try:
1. Make sure you have “Automatically Start Downloads” set to Yes and “Use Internet” set to Yes (in Tools | Program Settings).
2. Try closing Logos, deleting the following folders, and then restarting Logos.
Note that {UserName} is your user name; omit the {}; and {random} is some random folder name unique to your computer, but it will be the same in each instance below.)
Folder locations if running Windows 7+:
- C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\{random}\UpdateManager
- C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\{random}\DownloadManager
- C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\{random}\CloudResourceManager
Folder locations if running MacOS:
- /Users/{username}/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/{random}/UpdateManager
- /Users/{username}/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/{random}/DownloadManager
- /Users/{username}/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/{random}/CloudResourceManager
3. Try rebooting your computer
