Bug: Update not replacing files

FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly ‘System.Data.SQLite, Version=1.0.62.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=db937bc2d44ff139’ or one of its dependencies. The located assembly’s manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Status: fixed Replaced Logos4.exe.config file. Case opened for permanent fix.
