Bug: Sending an image to PowerPoint 2003 when PowerPoint is not open

When sending an image from L4 to PowerPoint is selected (in various places in L4) and PowerPoint is not already open, then the image sent to PowerPoint will appear as a tall vertical bar when L4 opens PowerPoint. All subsequent images sent to PowerPoint (since it is open) will appear properly. Please view post for images and further info.
