Bug: Never displays home page

Summary of bug goes here. Robert – Does the home page load if you click the Home button on the main toolbar? If it does, click on the Customize menu at the bottom left corner. Is “Show home page at startup” enabled? If you get an error opening the home page, or if it is enabled at startup, but does not load when the program opens, we will need more information to submit a bug report to development.
