Bug: Ctrl+Shift+R attempts to toggle the interlinear display for non-interlinear Bibles

Ctrl+Shift+R is the keyboard shortcut to toggle the interlinear display in Bibles. It can cause a crash in 4.0a or display an empty pane in 4.0b when used with non-interlinear Bibles.

Software version: 4.0a & 4.0b.
