These features require a license. If you don’t already subscribe, you can get a temporary license for the features marked with an asterisk during the beta period by becoming a follower of this Faithlife group. The license will expire when v36 is released to the stable channel.
- Factbook
- Lenses*
- Lenses allow users to switch between various aspects of a topic, like Biblical or Theological. This filters which sections are shown, and can affect what Key Article is shown.
- Sections for Bible References*
- People, Places, and Things, lists all the Biblical Entities from the passage.
- Biblical Events lists all the things that happened in the passage.
- Reported Speech is a brand new section that collects the sayings of Bible characters in the passage.
- UI*
- Factbook has a new look and feel, including a featured image for many topics.
- Smart Search Synopsis*
- Smart Synopsis collects answers from your top results in Smart Search and uses AI to combine them into a single response, with supporting citations to Logos books.
- It’s like the “Search Summary” feature, but where a Summary condenses a single article, Synopsis consolidates the results from several different sources, providing a more complete answer. This is especially useful when there are different perspectives on a topic.
- Run a Smart Search, especially for a topical word or a short question you want to answer.
- Synopsis will take the top 5 results**, and provide an answer with citations.
- You can also copy the Synopsis and citations to the clipboard using your preferred citation style.
