TITLE: IPOD TOUCH LIBRARY OF BOOKS

I was wondering if someone could advise me if I should have access to all the books in my library accessible via wi-fi or am I limited to only a certain type or library. For example, I purchased the 2010-2011 Standard Lesson Commentary....I can access the previous years on my IPOD touch but not the current year.
Can someone advise me of their suggestions, thanks in advance.
