Fixed crash when navigating to “Abal” from “Daniel (prophet)” caused by images from Daniel incorrectly being displayed. (See this thread.)

Fixed numerous crashes reported through error tracking.
Program Settings
Many settings (including “Play Sounds”, “Show Bookmarks”, “Justify Resource Text”, and others) were incorrectly defaulting to “No”. These settings will now default to “Yes”.
- If you have explicitly changed the setting, your preference will not be overwritten; however, if you never changed the setting, your application will update to use the new default.
Bug Fixes for Windows

Right-clicking on a series in Library Details and Cover view will now give the option to “Prioritize this series”. (See this thread.)
