- Fixed bug which caused guide to run when clicking inside the text entry box.

- Implemented context menu for initial ‘+’.

- Fixed bug which displayed locator bar buttons for ‘locked’ resources opened via a Reading List.
Known Issues
- The application will crash at startup if you use OpenDNS.com as your DNS server. To work around this, either work offline, or change DNS by following the instructions here.
Known Issues for Windows
- The application crashes when opening a layout from the Layouts menu.
