Logos 4.5a Beta 2
Logos 4.5a Beta 2 (Mac and Windows v4.51.0.1906) was released on January 26, 2012.
Note: these fixes are the same as those included Logos 4.5 SR-2 for stable users.

- Implemented creation of Logos4Error.log file when errors occur, even if logging isn’t enabled (this matches an existing Windows feature.)
