Bug: Microsoft C++ error on restart after B4 install

After installing L4B4 the computer needed to be restarted. After restart and login a C++ Error message appeared, before anything was started. Able to click through and start L4 normally. Another user reported this error and a third reports 2 errors – one of which is similar and one different, if I read the logs right.

Software version: 4.0a Beta 4.
