Bug: Character problems when highlighting Hebrew text

Sometimes when you highlight Hebrew text, the diacritical marks (vowels and others) get displaced and show next to the character they are supposed to be under, with a dotted circle as a placeholder.

Software version: 4.0b Beta 12.
