- Bible Word Study
- “Textual Searches” section will launch Morph search on results for Bibles and non-Bibles (using the “content-verse” document level), with result text changed from ‘articles’ to ‘verses’.

- Fixed crash when F7 (instant compare) is pressed with any of the Guide panels open.

- Added a footer that includes the export date and time to exported documents.

- Improved Plain Text and RTF exporting from Clippings and Text Comparison.
- Reading Plan

- Optimized the reading plan tool on the home page ribbon, resulting in a faster-loading home page.
- Resource panel

- Fixed bug that caused the Table of Contents in the “The Apologetics Study Bible” to scroll back up to the main section header after expanding a subsection.

- Resources
- Fixed bug that caused a resource, opened from a parallel resource set, to reflect the Indexes of the previous resource.
- Rich Text
- Paste option is available again on the context menu when Hyperlink box is right-clicked in Notes and Clippings.
- Search
- Fixed crash (ArgumentNullException) when searching if no valid index existed.
- Fixed crash (ArgumentNullException) when searching Open Resources with no resources open.
- Search panel
- Analysis results for LogosLXX morph search separates Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic Lemmas, as well as parts of speech by morphology.
- Apostolic Fathers data type now supports Book/Chapter/Verse, allowing correct book/chapter/verse splitting in search results.
- Fixed bug that caused the indexer to insert content-verse sections at page boundaries, increasing the number of verses in results. After Beta 3 update, it will be necessary to enter ‘rebuild Bible index’ command (when convenient). (http://community.logos.com/forums/t/17614.aspx)
- Morph search results are no longer truncated for “The Iliad in Greek.”
- Pressing Enter key after entering search term will now start search in Syntax Search panel.
- Resource column in Analysis view now uses abbreviated resource titles.
- Search fields are now updated when switching beween search types.
- Basic search “By Book” view
- Clicking on the book cover image or title will also expand/collapse the By Book results.
- Removed Expand/Collapse Page options from context menu.
- Result content is left-aligned with resource cover image when book is expanded in By Book library results.

- Fixed bug that caused the “Automatically download updates” setting to be disabled.

- Themes revised for program universality are incomplete.

- Home Page consumes CPU and memory while it is closed.
- Home Page overwrites preferences during new installation.
- Resource Panel:
- Hebrew vowels can be clipped in the reference text box.
- Self Tests:
- The courses in the Self Tests tool are collapsible, but the settings are not saved.
- Title bar
- With Custom Chrome enabled in Logos 4 on a Windows 7 system, the “Logos Bible Software 4” title bar may be black with the Minimize, Maximize, and Close buttons not visible (the buttons are there and still work, but cannot be seen). The workaround is to enter Set Custom Chrome to No in the Command box.
