iPad 2 V2.02 unable to link/sync dual windows

I have V2.02 Logos iPad.
Am trying to link/sncy two side by side windows.
ie. ESV Left side & Commentary Right side.
There is no “link” option in the ‘Aa’ on the page nor in settings.
This link option worked in prior versions but not now.
Any help would just be super!
