If you get ‘Logos4 is unable to connect to the Internet’ and you are unable to resolve this it could be due to parental controls.

I have found Cybersitter on Vista Home Basic prevents Logos4 from connecting to the Internet. As yet, no resolution other than to uninstall Cybersitter has been found. Thankfully, Vista has its own Parental control that are decent and do not interfere with Logos...
