Bug: Traces of obsolete/expired Resources are not removed

Particularly applies to resources whose internal id changed during the 4.0 beta ie. Lexham SGGNT and Lexham English Bible. See forum links for attempts to resolve this before & after expiry of beta licences.

Status: invalid – Per Bradley, it won’t manage resources left over from pre-release beta testing.
