Bug: Some Tags are not removed from lists

Certain My Tag values are not removed from resource pickers after being deleted/cleared in Library.

Software version: 4.0b.

Status: invalid Cannot be reproduced and may be to incomplete deletion of tags or deletion of databases in the past.
