Bug: Logos4 will not install on NetBook

Runs the Pre Req. Program sucessfuly, Crashes during the inintial sign in process.

SEE lastest post for the lates log file (only produces one file) and screen shots.

This problems has not been solved, please look into it. The user has been without a funcioning program for over 12 days (close to two weeks) Please look it this.
