Bug: Crash: SR7: Hang on start-up

Logos hung on startup after I purchased a new resource online, shut down Logos and restarted.

Software version: 4.0 SR-7.

Status: invalidBradley Grainger can’t reproduce this problem, but has added some more diagnostic code in case it does ever happen again.
