Bug: Copy Bible Verses not interpreting some syntax, and formatting problems

Copy Bible Verses is not interpreting the [FullBookName], [ShortBookName], and [ChapterNum] replacement tokens when they appear in the style header.
Also, there are problems with inconsistent formatting of the ForEachVerse elements. See my post on the thread for detailed info.
